Compact Back-Pressure Steam Turbine Customized Collaboration Case (Qingzhou Project)



This collaboration focuses on the industrial production power needs of the Qingzhou Project. Our company has reached a customized cooperation agreement with the Qingzhou Project stakeholders for a compact back-pressure steam turbine. The core objective is to provide power equipment suited to their production conditions and full-process supporting services. All work was carried out with an objective and rigorous principle, ensuring the orderly implementation of each project stage.
During the initial phase of cooperation, our company conducted multiple rounds of requirement alignment with the Qingzhou Project stakeholders. We comprehensively reviewed core parameters such as project production scale, energy consumption standards, and process compatibility requirements. Based on the actual on-site conditions, we finalized the customized design plan for the compact back-pressure steam turbine, clarifying all performance indicators, production cycle, and service processes. This formed a standardized cooperation implementation plan, ensuring clear mutual expectations and defined responsibilities.
In the design stage, our technical team strictly followed the confirmed requirement parameters to carry out the structural design, parameter calibration, and process optimization for the compact back-pressure steam turbine. Focusing on key aspects such as equipment operational stability and energy conversion efficiency, we completed multiple rounds of verification and adjustments to the design scheme, ensuring it fully met the production needs of the Qingzhou Project and complied with relevant industry standards for industrial power equipment. Upon confirmation by both parties, the equipment manufacturing was officially initiated.
During the production period, our company strictly adhered to the design plan and industry production standards, progressing through various procedures including equipment component machining and final assembly. A full-process quality inspection mechanism was established, conducting multi-stage checks on component machining precision, assembly processes, and performance of core parts, preventing any substandard components from proceeding to the next stage, thereby ensuring controllable equipment manufacturing quality. Concurrently, preparatory work at the project site advanced. We dispatched a professional technical team to the Qingzhou project site in advance to carry out tasks such as prefabrication and installation of main steam pipelines, exhaust steam pipelines, and shaft seal pipelines; completing connection and circulation testing of lubricating oil pipelines; and foundational supporting work like cable tray installation and cable laying, laying a solid foundation for subsequent installation and commissioning after equipment arrival.
After production was completed, the equipment was transported to the Qingzhou project site as planned. Manager Liu led a professional installation team stationed on-site to carry out equipment installation and commissioning. During installation, the team strictly followed equipment installation specifications and on-site construction requirements, accurately completing key steps such as equipment positioning, pipeline connection, and wiring. Addressing practical challenges like on-site space constraints and pipeline adaptation, they worked closely with project stakeholders, promptly adjusting the installation plan to ensure efficient progress. After installation, the technical team performed equipment commissioning according to standards, progressively completing tasks such as static performance verification, component clearance adjustment, and control system integration testing. Throughout, commissioning data was meticulously recorded to ensure process traceability.
Upon completion of commissioning, the equipment entered the trial operation phase. During this period, the equipment operated stably overall, with core performance parameters such as vibration, noise, and efficiency meeting design requirements and industry standards. It successfully passed the 72-hour continuous full-load operation test. To ensure the equipment's subsequent stable operation and the project's smooth progress, General Manager Liu traveled to Qingzhou in recent days. He visited the project site to inspect the equipment's operational status, communicated with project stakeholders regarding operational details and subsequent maintenance matters, and provided targeted technical support, promptly addressing and resolving any potential issues during operation.
As of now, the compact back-pressure steam turbine for the Qingzhou Project has completed all installation, commissioning, and trial operation work. All performance indicators have met the established standards and can satisfy the project's production power needs. All collaborative tasks are progressing orderly according to plan, providing reliable equipment support and technical assurance for the project's subsequent formal operation and commissioning.
